Use 3-4 apples (best are Jonathans) and a small amount (no more than 1-inch) of ginger root

Antivirual

These are high in Vitamin C

(1) apples and kiwis (probably a couple small apples and 4-6 Kiwis)

(2) apples, orange, and pineapple (2 apples and 1 orange, 2 apples, 1 orange (don’t use the skin)

(3) pineapple, tangerines and watermelon (large piece of pineapple, to taste, several tangerines, skinless, and watermelon to taste)

Blood Pressure

3-4 stalks celery, 1 carrot, some beets (small amount)

Interestingly, salt increases blood pressure but the natural sodium in celery does not increase blood pressure. Quite the contrary, it actually can lower blood pressure.
