The more I read about the chemicals and hormones "added" to foods the more I want to walk away from them. But like anything, change is hard. Did you switch your family over to organic and no milk? Was is a challenge? What did your kids think (mine are 2 and 4). Currently, they do eat some processed foods like ravioli’s and mac and cheese. Any helpful info or websites about changing ways of eating would be appreciated.

There are over 1100 chemical banned from use in Europe. In America, these chemicals are, for the most part, left in the product. The FDA apparently has no oversight. It is apparent that the American manufacturers have little or no regard for the safety of their customers. I predict one day there's going to be a deluge of lawsuits against these companies for the egregious lack of concern for the safety of their products, and for the willful disregard of the facts concerning these ingredients.
