Green Alkaline ‘Electric’ Native Organic ‘Foods & Herbs’ from Natural Cosmic Code for thy Healing
Green Alkaline ‘Electric’ Native Organic ‘Foods & Herbs’ from Natural Cosmic Code for thy Healing of the Geographic Arrangement of Natural Structure of Life. “Anyone who has ever heard of Dr. Sebi is interested in having a list of “Electric” foods to guide the balance in their lives. Such a list has rarely been found, until now! The following information is an explanation of “Electric” foods and how you can incorporate them into your daily life. Dr. Sebi studied nature, life and positive changes to make for healthier lifestyle changes. One thing he discovered amidst his studies was that foods traditionally served in homes were tainted and changed, most times on the cellular level, in order to mass produce the food. Chickens, cows, pigs and all other living animals raised for food were fed vitamin supplements and genetically engineered feed to ensure the largest possible animal; therefore ensuring the most money made from the animal. The same would go for produce as well. Many farmers use insecticides and commercial fertilizers in order to supplement their crops size and yield. All of these actions change a food from being “Electrically” balanced with our bodies to being off-balance. In order to change your eating practices from traditional to “Electric” all you have to do is get back to nature. Organic foods are one choice available in supermarkets today. Even though these foods are not totally in sync with our body’s electric nature, the foods are the closest one can get …

Video – Organic Food Labeling: How To Tell If Packaged Food Is Organic
Overall Rating:
Retail Price: Varies based on product options
Amazon Price: $39.00
www.howdini.com Confused by organic food labeling? Author and organic food expert Anna Lappe explains what the terminology means. Organic Food Labeling: How To Tell If Packaged Food Is Organic Sometimes it’s hard to distinguish organic food by its packaging. Fresh produce is easier…it either is or isn’t organically grown. But packaged foods are trickier. Here’s what you need to know about organic food labels: * Look for the USDA certified organic seal. This means at least 95% of the ingredients are organic. * If you see a label that says 70% organic, that means that 70% of the ingredients are organic. * If the product has less than 70% organic ingredients, it can’t feature an organic label, so you have to read the ingredients on the package. Don’t be fooled by products that you think are organic because their names or packaging look like they are.

How to buy organic produce – Organic foods
www.howdini.com How to buy organic produce – Organic foods Looking for organic produce, but not sure you’ve got the real thing? Anna Lappe, organic food expert, tells you the simple ways to tell whether produce is organic or not. First, let’s explain what organic produce is: Produce that is grown organically has not been produced with sewage sludge, it hasn’t been irradiated, it doesn’t include genetically modified foods, or most man-made chemicals. How can you tell whether a piece of produce is organic? If you’re in a store that has an organic section, obviously head for it. But if there isn’t an organic section, you have to do a little bit of extra work. * The first thing you should do is look for the USDA certified organic label. If they don’t have that, look for the PLU number on most fruits and vegetables. You’ll find this on a small label that’s been stuck to the fruit. * If the PLU number is four digits long, it’s not organic. * If it’s 5 digits long and begins with the number 9, it is organic. * You can also look at the fruit. Unfortunately, nonorganic fruit tends to be shinier and more perfect looking than organic. Why buy organic produce? It’s healthier for your body. It’s healthier for the environment, since it doesn’t require pesticides. It’s healthier for the farm workers who handle the crops. Babies and small children are especially vulnerable to residues of toxic pesticides and other chemicals. Keywords: how to buy organic produce how to buy organic food …

NEW DOCUMENTARY: We Are What We Eat [topsoil erosion food organic monsanto diet health]
wearewhatweeatthemovie.com Healthy nutritious food should not be an elitist privilege; it should be an inalienable right. Agriculture touches everything. Every thing we ingest has a consequence, a consequence to our physical being, a reverse consequence to the soil that food was grown in and everything in between and beyond. Each decision we make in the process of buying and eating food enforces a specific paradigm. This film is an odyssey, my quest for clarity in what Im finding to be a very hazy time in our adaptation as a species on this planet. Imagine a day when any person can walk into any restaurant, grocery or convenience store, make a random selection and be part of a chain of events based on sustainability, health and a lack of harm. We are currently very far from that day but I think we would benefit greatly from turning the ship in that general direction. A good start would be striving for clarity and accountability with regards to the consequence of our choice. While too few of us farm we all eat and shape the paradigm with every purchase and bite. Unfortunately we seem to be lacking a benevolent shepherd. We all need to be our own food advocate and more importantly advocates for our children’s nutritional wellbeing. While many of us have limited access to varied food choices we are all victim to skewed and confusing information regarding food and nutrition in the current market-driven paradigm. This is my attempt to contribute to the clarification of that …
