The USDA lays out certain guidelines that farms have to follow in order to be able to claim the food is organic. In this video Natalie discusses what each of those guidelines are. Although we can’t necessarily guarantee “NO-Snot” eating, we CAN guarantee “LOW-Snot” eating. www.facelessfatloss.com We wash our foods the best we can. Don’t over-scrub the skins on fruits…I use the sponge to gently coat the fruit with the soap, a very light scrub, then rinse-wash with my hands. I ton of nutritional content is found in the skins of fruits. This is the first introduction into the kinds of foods that I eat, that people constantly ask me about. These foods MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU depending on your individual circumstances. Hence, we must LEARN what works best for US. HENCE, my videos, my program. And YES, of course some humor is inserted. On a serious note, look for the number “9″ as the first number in a series of numbers on the sticker indicating the product is organic.
